Common questions

Why isn't this priced per user?

Because per-seat pricing charges you for growing. Bring on a seasonal crew, give your bookkeeper access, or add a part-time admin without the bill moving. Every plan includes unlimited users.

What counts as a module?

Each of the eight areas on the platform page — documents and signature, AI assistant, workflow automation, communications, business operations, web presence, billing, and compliance. You pick which ones on any plan below Harvest.

Can I change modules later?

Yes, at any time, and switching between them doesn't cost anything. Your data stays whether or not a module is active — turning one off doesn't delete anything.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding is included, and on Harvest it comes with a guided session. If you need data migrated from an existing system, we'll quote that separately and tell you honestly if it isn't worth doing.

What happens if I want to leave?

Export everything — records, documents, audit history — in standard formats, at any time, without asking us. No contract lock-in and no exit fee. We would rather you stay because it works.

Do you charge extra for AI usage?

Reasonable use is included in every plan. Workflow automation runs inside a monthly ceiling you set, so it cannot quietly become an unexpected bill. If you consistently need more, higher limits are available and we'll tell you before you hit them, not after.

Is there a free trial?

We run a 30-minute demo on your own documents and process first. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a trial environment with your real data so you're evaluating the thing itself, not a sandbox.
