Why MangoPly exists
Spend time with a plumbing firm, a physiotherapy practice or a six-person design studio and the same picture keeps appearing. They are not short of software. They have a CRM, a signing tool, a phone system, an accounting package, and increasingly an AI assistant that knows nothing about any of it.
What they don't have is the person whose job would be connecting those systems. That role is the first thing a large company hires and the last thing a small one can afford — and its absence is where the hours go. Details retyped four times. Quotes never followed up. Calls that happened and were never recorded anywhere.
MangoPly is that missing layer, sold as a product. The modules arrive already connected, and the AI can be genuinely useful because it can see the whole picture instead of one corner of it.
